See how the Open Science Day for Health Research Institutes was

The new European framework program Horizon Europe aims to promote the adoption of Open Science (OS) practices in all areas of knowledge. OS aims to change the current way of working in research, overcoming isolated silos and encouraging the reuse of research results, with a particular focus on data.

The dimensions of the OS will generate a clear impact on the culture of biomedical and health research, not without particularities such as the duty to preserve the privacy of medical data.
On June 29 there will be an online conference in which the main challenges of OS in the biomedical and health environment will be presented to researchers and managers, in order to know how Health Research Institutes face the implementation of these practices and there will be a discussion forum with experts on the subject.

The Conference was prepared and coordinated by teams from EATRIS, ORION and IdiPAZ involved in an Open Life Sciences (OLS) Open Science mentoring program, which is part of the EOSC-Life project.
