Fiscal benefits
Individuals (IRPF)
Under Law 49/2002, of December 23, on the tax regime of non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage, individuals who make contributions to the IBS.GRANADA may claim deductions from their personal income tax (IRPF):
- 80% for the first €150 donated.
- 35% starting at €150, with the possibility of increasing this percentage to 40% if the taxpayer has donated more than €150 to the same entity over at least three years, always within a limit of 10% of the tax base.
Legal entities (IS)
When the donation is made by an entity, the tax deduction will be applied to the corporate income tax (IS), and 35% of the donation may be deducted. This percentage may be increased to 40% if the donation was made to the same entity during the previous three years, always within a limit of 10% of its taxable base.
