QUALITY, ASSESSMENT AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
The objective of the Quality, Evaluation and Knowledge Management Unit is to know, evaluate and value the activities and management processes of ibs.GRANADA, using this knowledge to improve the service and efficiency of the institution in order to facilitate strategic decision making.
The Quality and Evaluation Unit is in charge of managing continuous improvement and evaluating the follow-up of the implementation of the quality management system.
The Knowledge Management Unit is in charge of managing and analyzing institutional activity indicators, advising on issues related to the evaluation of science and the preparation of scientific reports and activities.
The Quality, Evaluation and Knowledge Management Unit acts as Technical Secretariat of ibs.GRANADA and as Quality Coordinator of the Institute.

- Advice on the improvement of processes and the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems.
- Monitoring of the Strategic Plan and the Action Plan.
- Processing of complaints, incidents and suggestions (Non-conformities).
- Renewal of the accreditation of the ibs.GRANADA as a health institute before the Carlos III Health Institute

- Collection, standardization and publication of activity indicators (operational and scientific).
- Coordination in the management of Indicators and databases.
- Evaluation of research results.
- Preparation of the Annual Report.
