ADVICE AND ECONOMIC-ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
The functions of the Economic Management Unit are related to all those aspects related to the economic-financial activities of ibs.GRANADA, preparing its budget, its analytical monitoring by projects, and providing precise information on the general state of the Institute and individual to each Responsible Investigator.
Moreover, it is in charge of relations with ibs.GRANADA's suppliers and clients, as well as the control of the budget.
- Advice on labor, tax, budgeting and financial matters.
- Management and administration of human resources (scholarships and research contracts).
- Management of acquisition of goods and contracting of services, including the relationship with suppliers.
- Budgeting and periodic monitoring.
- Financial and analytical project accounting.
- Advice and formalization of agreements with public or private institutions.
- Advice and implementation of administrative procedures that guarantee the efficiency of documentation and information flow.
- Coordinate the economic information services to the centers and researchers, guaranteeing the efficient attention to their needs of information.
