Purpose of personal data processing

Management of requests for the provision of services, material resources and/or information or advice, budget preparation, billing and collection of the service provided, communication with the applicant.

Legitimation for the processing of personal data

The basis that legitimizes the processing of your data is the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party or for the application at his request of pre-contractual measures (budget) (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Period of conservation of personal data

The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and the processing of the data subsequently during the periods that may be legally provided.
