Purpose of personal data processing

Management and processing of personnel selection processes, provision of jobs through open public calls or through competition, scoring where appropriate, and maintaining communication with the candidate.

Legitimation for the processing of personal data

The basis that legitimizes the processing of your data is the application at the request of the interested party of pre-contractual measures or the intention to conclude a contract (article 6.1 b GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations for the person responsible (article 6.1c GDPR) (Article 78.2 Law 9/2007, of October 22, of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía).

Assignments/communications of personal data

The selection processes including their result (lists of admitted, excluded and selected in processes) will be published for a maximum of 30 days in the transparency section of our website to comply with the legal obligation of active publicity in compliance with Law 1/2014, of June 24, of Public Transparency of Andalusia in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía (confirm if it is done and why)  Likewise, they will be communicated in the other cases in which it is legally provided. No international data transfers are anticipated.

Period of conservation of personal data

We will keep your data during the development of the selection process and after its completion, for a period of two years for the resolution of possible claims / appeals, justification of processes, audits, etc. Subsequently, they will only be kept in the cases in which it is legally provided.

Consequences of not providing the data

You are not obliged to provide the requested data, but the contribution of the same is a necessary requirement to be able to participate in our selection processes.

Rights in relation to your personal data:

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation and opposition at the following email address: rpd@fibao.es with the subject "exercise of data protection rights". When the processing is based on consent and is carried out by automated means, you will have the right to data portability, that is, to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and even to transmit it to a new data controller.
