Make your donation: The data that you provide us through this form will be processed for the management / processing of the donation made, maintaining communication with the donor and sending information about the services and activities of FIBAO in the case of having checked the box.

Legitimation: The legitimacy for the processing of your data is the consent of the interested party who voluntarily requests the subscription to the newsletter, sends the contact or donation form. The legitimizing basis for the processing of your data is also your consent in the case of sending information about the Foundation and its activities.

Mandatory nature of the provision of your data: You are not obliged to provide us with the requested data, but providing them is a necessary requirement to be able to make your donation, answer your query and / or to send you information.

Data retention period: Your personal data will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest and the interested party does not request its deletion or withdraws consent, and subsequently during the legally established deadlines. In the case of donations (data related to payments) they will be kept for the periods established in the corresponding regulations on economic / accounting and tax matters and money laundering (between 4 and 10 years).

Data communications: In the case of donations, the data will be communicated to the Tax Administration for compliance with our tax legal obligations and to the corresponding banking entities for the collection of fees. In the rest of the cases, they will be communicated in the cases in which it was legally foreseen.

Data transfer to third countries: International data transfers are not foreseen.
