PEIBA: New procedure for the presentation of research papers

PEIBA: New procedure for the presentation of research papers
ibs.GRANADA  ·  News
April 15th 2014

The Andalusian Biomedical Research Ethics Portal (PEIBA) is constituted as the only application method to obtain an ethical opinion in Andalusia and the only requirement is to have an active digital certificate. It is an Information System and Integrated Management of Research Studies in Andalusia.

This pioneering initiative in Spain will allow any person, be it a researcher, promoter, organization or authorized person, to request the ethical evaluation of any type of research in an agile and comfortable way, as well as to download the ethical opinion, once their project has been valued.

The presentation of research projects in Health in Andalusia will be made only through the Bioethics Portal of the Ministry of Health: https://portaldeetica.csbs.junta-andalucia.es/salud/portaldeetica. For this, it is necessary to have the digital certificate loaded in the browser. The deadline for submission is always open, although only projects validated by the technical secretariat of the corresponding Committee will be included in the agenda of the monthly call.

Here is a video tutorial on how to access the Bioethics Portal of the Ministry of Health
