The objectives of the area are:

  1. Study the effect on the health and quality of life of caregivers women and men.
  2. To analyze the variability of clinical practice in the treatment of elderly patients with pressure ulcers.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of complex health promotion interventions.
  4. To study the role of diet and other environmental factors in the etiology of prostate cancer and cardiovascular disease.
  5. Study the epidemiology of mental disorder in Andalusia.
  6. Investigate the effect of exposures to environmental pollutants on fetal and infant development.
  7. To evaluate the sociodemographic factors in health care in chronic diseases.

Line: Primary Care and Health care.

Line B: Descriptive and analytical epidemiology in complex diseases. Genetic and molecular epidemiology.

Line C: Public health: gender and other social determinants, environmental and nutritional health, occupational health, child and adolescent health, dental health, alcohol and drugs, aspects related to professionals and citizens.
