Nonspecific low back pain in children and adolescents is a highly prevalent pathology in rehabilitation consultations, being the most frequent reason for referral to the unit for patients under 18 years of age. The main objective of this work has been to assess the efficacy of a physiotherapy treatment program for pain and quality of life in children and adolescents with this pathology.
The awarded communication collects the preliminary results on the improvement of pain and its impact on the child's daily activities, (decrease in the number of absences from school due to low back pain) after being informed in consultation by the doctor about the benignity of the clinical picture and performing the physiotherapy program.
