REBISALUD, the Virtual Health Libraries Network, has reached an agreement with EBSCO so that health professionals from 9 Autonomous Communities can access DynaMed Plus for free in 2017 and subscribe the product under advantageous conditions in 2018, if interested. The agreement has been negotiated by the Virtual Library of the Andalusian Public Health System, as coordinator of the REBISALUD Shopping Club, for the 9 Autonomous Communities.
REBISALUD is the Network of Virtual Health Libraries created in 2013 to promote cooperation between Spanish virtual health libraries at the regional level, by coordinating and developing joint collaboration strategies and projects that optimize the dissemination and exchange of scientific information in science Of the health. It is made up of the virtual health libraries of the Autonomous Communities of Andalusia, Aragon, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Cantabria, Catalonia, the Region of Murcia, Navarra and the Valencian Community, and coordinated by the Balearic Islands and Andalusia. http://www.rebisalud.org/
DynaMed Plus is a current, evidence-based reference tool designed to provide quick answers to clinical questions. Topics are updated daily with new information identified through a systematic review of the medical literature. The agreement includes training sessions on DynaMed Plus so that health professionals from the 9 Autonomous Communities can learn about the product and apply it in their clinical and research activities. In the case of Andalusia, two sessions have been organized on March 29, 2017 in Seville: one in the Ministry of Health, with restricted access due to classroom capacity, and another in the Aula Magna of the Virgen Macarena Hospital, with free access.
