Objectives : Provide training and updating in statistics applied to Genetics and Genomics and establish the technical and methodological bases to develop this discipline in research. Specifically, it is intended to train the student in the identification of genetic polymorphisms as susceptibility markers to suffer from diseases, the study of the risk associated with the consumption of drugs and the development of individual risk predictors based on the combination of multiple genetic and environmental factors. , associated with diseases.
