Conference: "Environmental influences on male reproductive development"

The conference will take place the next day September 16, at a time that interested clinicians, professors and researchers can attend (13:30 p.m.), under the title: «Environmental influences on male reproductive development», in the hall of Grados B of the Faculty of Medicine of Granada.

The conference has been organized by the A-15 research group of Basic and Clinical Oncology of ibs.GRANADA, being invited an eminent researcher from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (NY, USA), Shanna swan, with which they have been collaborating for years. Shanna is a Professor of Environmental Medicine & Public Health, as well as Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science.

Dr. Swan has been working on chemical exposures and their consequences for our environment and health for more than XNUMX years. In the Department of Preventive Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, he leads a multidisciplinary group of epidemiologists, biostatistics, toxicologists, geneticists, and systems biologists, who conduct studies and develop methods to assess the risks of such chemicals, especially trying to understand and detect the often subtle health effects of complex mixtures of these pollutants.
