A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase III study of elacestrant in combination with everolimus versus elacestrant in patients with estrogen receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative advanced breast cancer with an ESR1 mutation who have previously received hormone therapy and CDK4/6 inhibitors (ADELA Study).
