We continue with Science Week. Today, the ibs.GRANADA held a talk and practical workshop entitled "Strategies to Prevent Back Pain" at the Ancha Gerontological Center in Capuchinos. The activity, led by Victor Segura Jimenez, Ivan Aguilera-Garcia, Gavriella Tsiarleston and Rodrigo Pavon-Munoz, group researchers TECE20-Rehabilita-T, focuses on the impact of low back pain on the population and presents active methods for its prevention and management.

The session began with a talk about the effects of back pain on everyday life and the benefits of good posture. Afterwards, attendees participated in a practical workshop, where they learned specific exercises and were given recommendations to improve mobility. The activity ended with fun activities that allowed them to explore their movement capacity in a participatory and educational environment.
