ibsGRANADA celebrates a Science Coffee at IES La Madraza as part of Science Week

Today, Wednesday November 5, the researcher Marta Cuadros, responsible for the group Ae22-Cancer Genetics, Biomarkers and Experimental Therapies, has participated in a Coffee with Science with 30 students from the 1st year of Baccalaureate of IES La Madraza.

During the meeting, titled “Why be a researcher?”Cuadros shared his professional career and daily life in the laboratory with the students, reflecting on the importance of biomedical research and the role of science in improving health and society.

Café con Ciencia is an initiative organized by the Fundación Descubre, in collaboration with the main research and dissemination entities in Andalusia. It is part of the activities of the Science Week and is funded by the Ministry of University, Research and Innovation and the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology – FECYT.
