Dr. José Manuel Cózar receives the 2001 Europa Forum gold medal

Dr. José Manuel Cózar, researcher at the ibs.GRANADA, president of the Spanish Association of Urology (AEU) and head of the Urology service at the Virgen de las Nieves Hospital in Granada, has received the gold medal awarded by the 2001 Europe Forum for his professional career and for the defense that has made scientific knowledge in the field of Urology.

The award ceremony took place last Friday, coinciding with the organization's 18th anniversary, at The Westin Palace Hotel in Madrid.

In addition, this award has been received by personalities from Spanish political, cultural and social life such as the former minister Josep Piqué, the former mayor of Barcelona, ​​Joan Clos, or the journalists Luis del Olmo and Teresa Viejo.
