Responsible Declaration Merit Contest

I DECLARE, under my express responsibility, that:
1. All the information contained in this application is true, and that the documentation that I accompany along with it is a true copy of the original that is in my possession, that I have the documentation that proves it and that I will make it available to FIBAO, when requested, committing myself to keep said documentation until the end of the selection process.
2. I am informed that my data will be included in a personal data file, owned by FIBAO, which guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data and whose purpose is the management of this call.
3. That I meet the general requirements established in Base 3 of call 320/22

STABILIZATION:
a) Have Spanish nationality or meet the requirements established in article 57 of the Consolidated Text of the Law on the Basic Statute of Public Employees in the event of access to public employment by nationals of other Member States of the European Union.
b) Possess the functional capacity to perform the tasks.
c) Be sixteen years old and not exceed, where appropriate, the maximum compulsory retirement age.
d) Not have been separated by means of a disciplinary file from the service of any of the Public Administrations or the constitutional or statutory bodies of the Autonomous Communities, nor be found in absolute or special disqualification for employment or public positions by judicial decision, for access to the corps or rank of civil servant, or to perform functions similar to those they performed in the case of labor personnel, in which they had been separated or disqualified. In the case of being a national of another State, not be disqualified or in an equivalent situation or have been subjected to a disciplinary or equivalent sanction that prevents, in their State, access to public employment on the same terms.
e) Have adequate knowledge of Spanish, for nationals of the Member States of the European Union or, where appropriate, for the cases provided for in article 2 of Royal Decree 543/2001, of May 18.
f) Not be involved in any of the specific causes of disability or incompatibility established in the current provisions.
g) Comply with the minimum requirements established in each of the places called in accordance with the provisions of ANNEXES I and II:

 Academic Degree: Be in possession of the degree necessary for the development of the convened position
 Certificates of professionalism or qualifying qualifications essential for the correct performance of the position in those positions expressly indicated in ANNEXES I and II.
