Research Contracts financed by MINECO
The objective of the State Program for the Promotion of Talent and its Employability is to finance and encourage, through calls in competitive competition, the training and specialization of human resources in R & D & I and to promote their labor insertion, both in the public and private sectors , as well as facilitating international mobility and mobility within the public sector -universities and research organizations- and between it and companies. The State Program for the Promotion of Talent and its Employability is made up of three State Subprograms: Training, Incorporation and Mobility.
Under Order ECC / 1402/2013, of July 22, this call is made, corresponding to the year 2014, of various actions contemplated in the State Training Subprogram and in the State Incorporation Subprogram, within the framework of the Plan State of Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation 2013-2016.
The actions contemplated under this resolution are the following:
- Grants for Ramón y Cajal contracts.
- Aid for Juan de la Cierva-training contracts.
- Aid for contracts of technical personnel to support R + D + I.
- Aid for contracts Juan de la Cierva-incorporation.
The State R & D & I Plan contemplates two types of aid aimed at young doctors: aid for recruitment during the post-doctoral training stage (two years) and aid for the incorporation of young doctors (two years) who have have passed the postdoctoral training stage and / or have sufficient scientific and academic merits.
These two contracting modalities replace the Juan de la Cierva aid program, lasting three years, from previous National Plans, in order to respond to a better design of the scientific career and promote competition and selection of the best candidates. In this resolution, therefore, the call is approved, on the one hand, of the aid for postdoctoral training (two years) that were already announced for the first time in 2013 and are now called “aid for contracts Juan de la Cierva-Formación ”And, on the other hand, the new aid for the incorporation of young doctors called“ aid for Juan de la Cierva-Incorporación contracts ”.
